It is a clear end to end platform. Presales, sales and post sales can use Salesforce to keep everything unified.

It is so configurable!

You need to have someone on staff that is experienced in the coding aspect of configuring the software.

Make sure you have a knowledgeable administrator.

Complexity, while it's good when set up correctly, sometimes the most basic of tasks are hard to implement

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are an SMB (small-medium-sized business), avoid this product at all costs. However, once you scale past 500k in annual revenue, implementing a solution like this can be worthwhile- it will allow you to scale not just regionally but also globally.
